The store offered a wonderful experience; the staff were friendly and eager to assist, making shopping a pleasure. For a better visit, aim to arrive in the morning before 3 PM, as it tends to get busy later.

She was professional, friendly, and attentive, taking the time to understand our preferences and helping us find the ideal pair of shoes with patience and care. Her deep knowledge of the products and stylish recommendations were evident, and it was clear she loves assisting customers. The overall experience was seamless and enjoyable. I needed to exchange a pair of shoes I purchased at the store, and the staff went out of their way to assist me, even arranging a pair from the Namba location. One employee, whose name ended with "Miya", communicated in fluent English and clearly explained the exchange procedure. Fantastic service—five stars!

After receiving poor service elsewhere in Dontonbori, I decided to visit this store and it was the right decision. The cheerful sales associate H. Gong was exceptionally helpful, readily providing assistance when asked. Great job—highly recommended.

I gave four stars because the crowd management could be improved, although the staff cannot be held entirely responsible—the shop is quite compact and Onitsuka Tiger shoes have recently become extremely popular.
