I needed to exchange a pair of shoes I purchased at the store, and the staff went out of their way to assist me, even arranging a pair from the Namba location. One employee, whose name ended with "Miya", communicated in fluent English and clearly explained the exchange procedure. Fantastic service—five stars!

I gave four stars because the crowd management could be improved, although the staff cannot be held entirely responsible—the shop is quite compact and Onitsuka Tiger shoes have recently become extremely popular.
