Minami Fes 2026 runs Saturday 31 October and Sunday 1 November 2026 at Namba Square, in front of Nankai Namba Station, and on Nansan-dori. Square hours 10:00 to 20:00. Kitchen cars 11:30 to 20:00. Walking in is free. Food and some booths charge. Organiser is the Osaka Activation Project committee. Co-organiser is the Osaka City shopping-street federation. Osaka Prefecture, Osaka City, the Osaka Convention and Tourism Bureau, and the Osaka Chamber of Commerce back it. Line-ups can still shift. The official site published a first-wave stage list on 9 October 2026. Use that page the morning you go.

Saturday 31 October opens at 10:00, ceremony at 10:30. The 11:00 block is labelled Halloween 2026. Chuo ward calls it Minami's daytime Halloween. It is a stage programme, not a street-drinking permit on Dotonbori-suji. City and police pages have not posted a street-party permit for that night. Do not invent one. The first-wave Saturday names include Osaka Prefectural Higashimozuo High School dance, an idol block, the Nipponbashi concept-shop association, a PR set for the retro kissaten show at Parks Museum, and Osaka Prefectural Izumio Technical High School fashion. Fringe fes is listed at 16:00. Dotonbori Kawamo Butai 2026 is the 18:00 slot. The series started in 2015: kamigata mai, OSK, bunraku, jazz on a free outdoor deck. If that is why you came, be in the square by 18:00, not still at Glico.

Sunday 1 November is the 16th Yosakoi Osaka Tournament from about 10:45. Teams use the plaza in front of Nankai Namba with naruko in hand. If you only have one day, this is the one. JOYSOUND karaoke is listed at 16:30, fringe fes at 19:00. Skip karaoke if the last train is the constraint. Prefecture and city booths (Tokushima, Tottori, Kochi, Saga nori, Miyazaki) sit in the square. Aoki Hamono sells knives. Kitchen cars are on Nansan-dori, not in the plaza. The official kitchen-car list was still marked as in preparation on 10 October. Do not name vans that are not on the site. Light rain goes ahead. Severe weather cancels. Ebisu-bashi to the square is 8 to 12 minutes south on Midosuji or through Namba CITY. Eat on Dotonbori-suji or Hozenji first. This weekend is after CHIMNEY TOWN HALLOWEEN on the same square (15 to 18 October). The lanterns are gone. GREATER NAMBA FESTIVAL is a separate Nankai stamp rally, 10 October to 15 November, at Parks, Tsutenkaku, and Takashimaya. Do not mix the pins. Namba Grand Kagetsu is five minutes east if you want a seated show. Book that on FANY. The square itself does not take tickets. Nankai Namba, Osaka Metro Namba, Hanshin/Kintetsu Osaka-Namba all work.
