Very bad service. They should clean the product for free and they refuse to do it even thought it is part of the service to be provided.

The manager and staff had terrible manners and came across as a bit racist. If you’re looking to buy high-end jewelry, I’d recommend going somewhere else. Their behavior seriously damaged the brand’s image for me, so I walked straight out …

The old male staff was rude and not helpful. Limited English should not limit you to serve customer. I like the brand but your attitude cause a bad experience. Shame on you. Ended up bought the item at other stores.

I had a wonderful experience at this Tiffany & Co. store. Big thanks to Mr. Takamoku and a female staff member who speaks English (Sorry. I didn't catch her name!). They were both incredibly patient and helpful, letting us try on several pieces multiple times to make sure we found the perfect one.
