Premium food select shop in Daimaru Shinsaibashi curating renowned regional producers.
Oajio is a curated food select shop located on the basement second floor of the Daimaru Shinsaibashi department store, specialising in premium food products sourced from long-established producers and celebrated shops across Japan. The shop's concept is to gather products from historic makers and lesser-known artisanal producers, offering customers access to high-quality regional foods and gourmet gifts that may be difficult to find elsewhere. The name "oajio" reflects the idea of taste and flavour as a connecting point between people and places. The selection includes seasonal delicacies, traditional condiments, craft miso and other preserved foods, as well as speciality items from famous long-standing shops throughout Japan. The shop regularly features new arrivals and seasonal campaigns, and its blog highlights products such as caramel popcorn and craft miso from featured producers. The shop operates during Daimaru Shinsaibashi's standard hours of 10:00 to 20:00, and the department store offers tax-free services for international visitors on the ninth floor of the main building and fourth floor of the south annex. For food lovers and gift seekers visiting the Shinsaibashi area, Oajio at Daimaru offers a sophisticated culinary retail experience that showcases the depth and quality of Japanese food culture. Its position within one of Osaka's most prestigious department stores makes it an essential stop for those looking to bring home authentic, artisanal Japanese food products.Based on 6 Google reviews

山田あんこ
It was located on the second basement floor of the Daimaru Shinsaibashi store. They had Kyoto pickles on sale, so I bought some. They also had a wide selection of seasonings, tofu, and other items.
Sunset Crane
I stopped by to buy some drinks. There were a lot of products there, and they also sold a lot of pastries, snacks and bread.
ゆん
They sell local specialties. I bought some souvenirs from Aomori.
