This place isn't even worth one star. The service is incredibly unfriendly, and you don't feel like a customer. I was dragged in by a tout on the first floor, only to be served garbage food and charged 8,000 yen—does that make any sense? …

This place is seriously too good to even give 1 point. The staff were incredibly rude and didn't provide any guidance. They advertised unlimited drinks, but the highball tasted like plain water, and they didn't even fill the glass; they served it half-filled. The hygiene was also the worst. I thought the fried skewers would be tasty, but they looked greasy and smelled weird, as if the oil hadn't been changed. I also tried the egg roll with meat in it, and that smelled fishy too. So, after a few bites, I decided to leave, but they told me we had to order two dishes per person. When I asked what the 500 yen for a snack was, they said it was customs duty. They kept saying things like, "This isn't Korea, it's Japan, so follow Japanese laws." If I had known the price of the unlimited drinks, I wouldn't have gone, but that information was nowhere to be found. And their dismissive and mocking attitude really made me feel terrible. I wish places like this would just close down. What I ate was two dishes and two highballs lol.
