When I asked how much a bouquet I could get for 5,000 yen for my child's graduation, an elderly woman told me in a condescending tone, "I won't know until it's wrapped." I ordered one anyway, but when it was finished, she charged me 7,000 yen. When I confirmed, "Isn't it 5,000 yen?" she said, "I've already wrapped it, so I need you to pay," so I had no choice but to pay. I've bought bouquets for around 5,000 yen a few times, but they weren't particularly large or tasteful. I'll never go there again, and even passing the store makes me angry. There's nothing the owner could do, but the bad reviews are probably due to the same person's behavior, and it seems they haven't improved. Flowers for celebrations are often criticized, so it's best to never buy from this store.
