Adidas at Dotonbori, Osaka

This was the worst experience I''''ve ever had with running shoes. I bought a pair in June, and after only a few 10km runs they fell apart completely, raising doubts about authenticity. I strongly warn other shoppers—especially tourists—not to purchase here. The problem is that as a tourist, Adidas offers no viable solution besides returning the shoes, which is impractical.

The male staff member was discourteous. Whenever I asked to try a different size, he just made a face, as if annoyed. I urge Adidas Shinsaibashi Osaka to address this rude employee, as such behavior could damage the store''''s reputation.

The service was awful. On September 25th around 4 PM, the staff member who helped us was rude and displayed a terrible attitude from the start. When we asked about tax-free shopping, she completely ignored us simply because we wanted the discount. She refused assistance just because we spoke English, and she ignored us for the rest of our visit. It was very disappointing to encounter such treatment at an Adidas store that should meet international service standards.
