Good range good prices. But definitely not service oriented. Asked for certain sizes for our kids and the person expected us to take the shoe with our trying. We had to prompt him. Young staff/kids with no empathy. Went next door to Takashimaya. With wonderful and professional service .

I bought some snickers and you made the charge on my CC. At the moment the seller told me the payment wasn't right and he disn' give me the snickers. The pay was made and there was any refound. I Want my refound but I can't contact anybody.

Wide selection of new balance shoes and they had my size. Only negative is that the tax free refund cannot be done in the store, and must be done at the tax free counter. The counter takes a 2.1% handling fee from the tax refund.
