DROP

DROP is a live house and club venue in the basement of the TRI Front Shinsaibashi building, right by America-mura's Sankaku Park in Nishi-Shinsaibashi. Operating since the early 1990s, it has built a reputation as a fixture of Osaka's youth-culture scene, hosting live band sets, club nights, rental-hall events and circuit parties across a 350-capacity standing room with what is regarded as one of the stronger sound systems in the Minami area. The programming spans indie rock, electronic and DJ-led nights, and the venue sits atop its sister space BEYOND, with which it sometimes co-hosts larger events.
