Tourist Information Namba is the official Osaka Convention and Tourism Bureau information centre, located on the first floor of Nankai Namba Station in front of the north exit. The counter is easily reached from Kansai International Airport via the Nankai Line, and serves as a base for exploring the Minami area, with multilingual staff providing guidance on sights, transport and events. The centre is open from 9:00 to 20:00 daily, and can be reached in around two minutes from Exit 4 of the Metro Midosuji and Sennichimae lines. The centre was relocated and reopened in January 2024 as a joint project between the Osaka Convention and Tourism Bureau and Nankai Electric Railway. It offers tourist maps and brochures, information on Osaka sightseeing passes, and guidance on the Minami (Namba and Shinsaibashi) area, which is one of the city's most popular districts for food, shopping and nightlife. The counter also historically sold the Osaka Amazing Pass, and staff can advise on the best ticket options for each visitor's itinerary.
