The restaurant specialises in both seafood and chicken, with morning-drawn chicken served as sashimi alongside binchotan charcoal-grilled yakitori. The fish is sourced directly from markets, with sashimi selections changing daily based on what the chef finds at his best price. The menu spans chicken sashimi, yakitori, kushikatsu, tempura and seasonal nabe hotpots. All-you-can-drink courses run from 5,000 yen, with the most popular course at 7,000 yen including eight dishes and free-drink options. The restaurant offers private rooms for up to 12 people and full buyout for up to 36.
