If you're a foreigner and speaks little to no Japanese you will get ripped off. My friends and I waited an hour for them to bring drinks and hookah. Then afterwards when it was time to pay. The bill was 13500but we gave 15000, the young man in the front with blonde hair, acted like we provided exact change, when I confronted him, he only gave us back 500 yen. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. I REPEAT. They will rip off foreigners

The place is super good, they met me and told me everything, even if I don't know their language, they communicate in English, and if necessary, they have a translator. There is a wide selection of tobacco for every taste, and most importantly, they work around the clock. I highly recommend this place.

Had a great afternoon here enjoying the cheap drinks and great selection of shisha flavours. The bartender Kaede played video games with us for hours, and was still prompt with drinks service! If you have alarge group or the main bar is busy, there are numerous private rooms for gaming, smoking or karaoke. Highly recommended 👌
