As I can see, many Turkish ice cream places were very happy to let people record photo or video of them, because it helped to advertise their business. But not this place! After i took a photo (from a distance) but not buying his ice cream, he said a lot of bla bla (i think bad words) to my face while there were some other foreigners took photos as well, i think he targeted on Asian women because we are weak and not really fight back. I was just landed in Japan so of course there are things that i was still not clear or forgot, if you are not happy of what i did, as a business owner, you should behave more civilized. This is the ONLY bad experience i had in Japan in my trip 2 years ago. If you live and work in Japan, at least learn to be respectful like Japanese, because literally, its the first thing comes in my mind when i think of Japan!
