I took a local bus from Nankai Wakayama City Station to Wakayama University Station for work, and after finishing my job, I intended to take the bus back to Wakayama City Station. However, the bus stops for the outbound and return journeys were different, and I got confused. The bus stopped at the same stop I used on the outbound journey, so I told the driver that I didn't know which stop to get off at and couldn't get off. However, he rudely told me I couldn't get off until the next bus stop and wouldn't let me off, taking me all the way to the next stop. Wakayama City Station is a bus terminal, so there's no danger in getting off there, and the in-bus announcements were too quiet and hard to hear over the passengers' chatter! I was treated very unkindly and had a very unpleasant experience! I often see trouble with passengers at Nankai Namba Bus Terminal due to their careless management of passengers' luggage. Even though it's a bus terminal, the announcements are too quiet, and there are frequent problems with passengers missing their buses. Even if an angry passenger cancels, they don't get a refund. This is a very bad bus company, so be careful!!
