A different pudding texture than I’d expected its quite tasty and not the chemical kind of sweet.

Mattari-Purin Dotombori is the Dotonbori shop of Ganso Purin-ya, a pudding specialist run by the Kioka company. Its signature "mattari purin" is built for richness and smoothness - and notably contains no coagulant at all, which is also why online shipping is paused: the unset custard cannot survive delivery intact. The Dotonbori counter therefore remains the dependable way to try it fresh, alongside the brand's wider pudding range. The shop's name, "mattari" (laid-back, lingering), captures both the texture and the mood it wants guests to adopt. For a small, distinctly Osaka sweet with a craftsman's logic behind it, Mattari-Purin is a worthwhile Dotonbori detour.Based on 298 Google reviews

The pudding itself super soft, not too sweet worth the hype because of Lee Know Straykids😍🍮 …

Rich, jiggly and creamy pudding. Friendly storekeeper, you can return the empty cups back for them to throw away. Since finding trash bins are quite hard to find.
