The flowers weren't in very good condition; the damaged parts were well hidden. The packaging cost ¥110. It was simple, but you could immediately tell the flowers hadn't been treated well.

I ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day via mobile. Mobile ordering allows you to pay in advance, so I nervously headed to the store with my mother, planning to pick it up after shopping and give it to her as a surprise. After I gave my name, the seller hurriedly turned around and checked my reservation screen several times, then read out everything in front of my mother, including the price, color, desired flowers, and the atmosphere. They then said, "Your reservation has been made, but the fax hasn't arrived at the store yet, so it hasn't been made yet." I felt embarrassed and sad that the details were communicated to the recipient right in front of me, that my order, which I had made two days earlier, had not been properly handled, and the attitude of the store clerk who initially helped me (she read out the entire order, and then just said a quick thank you as I was leaving, without a word of apology). The lady who quickly made the bouquet kept saying "sorry!" as she finished it beautifully, but I'm sorry I couldn't accept it with a smile. What would have happened if this had been a surprise that shouldn't have been discovered, like a marriage proposal? And would they have still read out the price...? I wonder where the fax with my personal information went...I'm worried. If they're going to introduce mobile ordering, I hope they make sure to share this information properly, and I also feel that they need to improve the way their staff treat customers. I hope that no one will have to go through the same experience in the future.

I requested a Mother's Day gift mainly in white and green, but the bouquet looked more like a funeral arrangement, which was a little disappointing. I will buy from a different florist next time.
