This place truly lives up to the hype. The gyukatsu was tender and juicy, with a perfectly crisp outer layer and a soft, flavorful center. I loved cooking the beef myself on the hot stone, which really deepened the taste. The meat quality was outstanding, and the overall experience was memorable.

I found this lovely katsu restaurant in Osaka, hidden in a basement without an English sign. The friendly staff standing on the street make it easy to spot. They welcomed me warmly and gave prompt, attentive service, even though the place was busy.

We got there around 4 pm and were the second group in line. Even with a full house, the food arrived within five minutes of ordering. The portion was generous for the price, rice was refillable, and the staff were very friendly, attending to our needs promptly.

We first arrived at the Dotonbori branch, but a staff member from the other branch let us know we could go there instead. He guided us, together with other customers in line, to the second branch, where we were seated promptly.
