Seasonal fish are seared over open flame at the counter, lending a smoky char to bonito, sawara and amberjack, while a slow-cooked oden blends kombu, katsuobushi and chicken broths into a deeply savoury base for beef tendon and bone-in chicken. Two omakese courses, at 5,800 and 8,800 yen, guide diners through the kitchen's range, with a drink-inclusive option for celebrations. The 21-seat room pairs a counter with table seating in a calm Japanese interior that suits dates and quiet business meals alike.
