The sales leader who assisted me was excellent. While it's a matter of personal preference, they offered concrete advice, and when I returned to the store after hesitating about my purchase, another staff member initially helped me, but then my assigned sales leader changed. I feel like I made my decision largely based on their advice.
I've seen other reviews mentioning poor staff service, but during my three visits (including the pickup), I never experienced anything unpleasant. For example, a male salesperson helped another customer take a commemorative photo, saying "Yes! Tiffany!" However, because the store has a wide entrance and many customers, and unlike other brand stores, they don't limit entry, they might not be able to attend to everyone.

Female staff are no good.
I wanted to buy an engagement ring, but I didn't know what to do, so I went into the famous and coveted Tiffany. I didn't have a reservation, but I was assisted by a female staff member. From the start, I personally didn't like her. She looked at me coldly.
I asked, "Sorry, I didn't make a reservation. I don't know anything about rings, but can I ask for your advice?"
The female staff member replied, "Yes, of course."
She then asked, "By the way, what's your budget?" I replied, "Sorry, I don't know anything about that either. How much would it be roughly?" She answered, "Hmm, it depends on the ring and the customer."
I asked, "Excuse me for my ignorance, but do you have anything in the ¥100,000 range?" The staff member replied, "Oh, is it ¥100,000? By the way, do you have anything in the ¥100,000 range?" I asked, "In that case, do you have anything in the ¥100,000 range?" The staff member replied, "Hmm, I don't think so," and slowly opened her computer and began to look something up. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I was told brusquely, "Looks like they don't have it after all."
I said, "Oh, I see, sorry," and left the store.
After doing some research, I realized that I had asked a price that was quite inappropriate, but I wish they had been a little kinder rather than being cold and embarrassing.
I was frustrated, so I increased my budget even more and ended up buying it at Tiffany's in PARCO in Shinsaibashi.
