Even during the trial lesson, they teach you the joy of playing the Electone in a friendly and fun way. I highly recommend them to anyone who is serious about starting to play an instrument.

Miki Gakki Shinsaibashi is a five-floor piano and electone specialist store and music school run by Miki Gakki, one of Osaka's oldest and most respected musical instrument retailers. The Shinsaibashi location reopened in autumn 2018 as a dedicated piano and electone showroom and learning centre, featuring an electone house on the ground floor, a piano salon showcasing Yamaha and Bosendorfer grand pianos on the fourth floor, and the "Harmony Park Shinsaibashi" music school across the third to fifth floors. The school boasts approximately 2,400 enrolled students, making it one of the largest Yamaha music education centres in Japan. The music school offers Yamaha-certified courses for all ages and levels, from beginner piano and electone lessons for adults to the Yamaha instructor qualification programme aimed at those pursuing professional teaching careers. Individual lessons of 30 minutes are held approximately 44 times per year, with monthly fees starting from 5,500 yen. The fifth floor houses a live performance space called "LIVE AT MIKI" where renowned electone players and pianists give concerts, and special masterclasses by internationally acclaimed pianists are held in the fourth-floor special room. The store operates daily from 11:00 to 20:00. Whether you are a complete beginner wanting to learn piano in a supportive environment, an experienced player seeking Yamaha-grade certification, or simply someone who appreciates fine instruments, Miki Gakki Shinsaibashi offers a uniquely comprehensive musical experience. Its position in the Shinsaibashi shopping district makes it easily accessible for both lesson attendance and instrument browsing.
